Banks
- Support and advise the board in the governing of the bank. Provide an explanation of industry practices and procedures. Develop and implement an orientation process for new board members
- Consult with bank executives on a range of issues including asset and liability management, credit quality, loan approval process, expense management and more
- Work with the bank board and CEO to add services and products; acquire or build new branches; acquire or merge with another institution; review compliance enhancements; build strong regulatory relationships, and more
